Who issues the Sears Solutions MasterCard®?

The Sears Solutions MasterCard is issued by HSBC Bank Nevada, N.A. and is serviced by HSBC Card Services, Inc., and/or HSBC Card Services (II), Inc.
Who is HSBC?

HSBC is one of the world's largest financial institutions and largest credit card issuers with over 50 million customers nationwide.
Who should I contact if I have questions about other HSBC Accounts or products?

For questions regarding checking, savings, personal loans, mortgages and other HSBC Accounts, call 1-800-975-HSBC.

Am I guaranteed to receive a credit card?

No. By applying for a credit card you authorize HSBC to obtain a current credit bureau report about you and to verify the information provided on your application. Approval is pending review of this and other information. If we are unable to open an Account for you, you will receive a letter explaining our decision.
When will I receive my Sears Solutions MasterCard?

You'll receive your card within 10 business days of approval.
Will I receive a Personal Identification Number (PIN)?

Yes, you may be eligible to self-select your own PIN after your card has been activated. If you choose not to self-select a pin, or you are not eligible to self-select a PIN, a PIN will automatically be sent to you.
Can I use my new Sears Solutions MasterCard for making purchases outside the U.S.?

Absolutely. You can use it anywhere MasterCard is accepted.

What are the qualifications for getting a credit card?

In order to qualify for a credit card, you must be at least 18 years of age. Credit approval will be determined upon review of your current credit bureau report and other information bearing on your creditworthiness. You will be notified of our credit decision by mail.
Do I have to be a U.S. resident to have an Account?

Yes, you must be a U.S. resident and be of legal age in your home state.
